The rules for the CCC Tournaments are available for order
here.
The basic rules of the game are simple rules you might already play by.
If you don't play games on a regular basis using these rules then
get used to them before you compete. For instance, do you know what hand
must be used to hit the clock? Or when you can legally offer a draw?
Even if you do you should study the rules and practice them.
For a more in depth and accurate guide to the tournament rules please buy the most recent Official U.S.C.F. Rulebook. It's only $15 and is very handy for the scholastic player!
